Established on March 5, 2006, by a team of visionary engineers and management professionals (Registration No.38645/062/063), TenX Hydropower Holding Limited (previously known as Rising Hydropower Company Private Limited. (RHPL)) is a pioneering force in Nepal’s renewable energy sector. We specialize in developing, operating, and expanding sustainable hydropower projects that advance Nepal’s energy independence. Our flagship Selang Khola Hydropower Project (990 KW)—operational in Jugal Rural Municipality, Sindhupalchok—delivers 6.77 GWh of clean energy annually to Nepal’s national grid under a long-term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA). TenX Hydropower Holding Limited combines technical expertise with financial viability to empower communities, industries, and investors while reducing reliance on imported energy.
